Manufacturing & Technology:
Structural Engineering: Fabricated from High-Tensile Galvanized Steel Wire. The system utilizes either a Fixed Knot (vertical stay wire tied around the line wire with a separate piece of wire) or Hinged Joint (wire wrapped around the line wire) structure. The Fixed Knot design is the industry standard for high-security livestock containment, as it prevents vertical wires from slipping under animal impact.
Surface Engineering: The wire undergoes a Class 3 Hot-Dipped Galvanization Process ( 240g/m^2). This heavy zinc coating ensures superior resistance to environmental oxidation, acid rain, and soil salinity, guaranteeing a service life exceeding 20 years.
Tension & Flexibility: The fence features "Crimp" technology (tension curves) in the horizontal line wires. These curves act as a built-in spring system, allowing the fence to expand and contract during extreme temperature fluctuations without losing its tension or structural form.
Graduated Aperture: Designed with a Variable Mesh Layout (smaller holes at the bottom, larger at the top), optimizing material usage while effectively preventing small animals from entering or large livestock from pushing through.
