1. Product Overview
Metal Wire Mesh is a versatile industrial material produced by weaving ductile metal wires. Our range includes Stainless Steel, Brass, and Copper meshes, each selected for specific physical and chemical properties. These meshes serve critical roles across industries—from high-precision laboratory filtration and EMI/RFI shielding to architectural decoration and chemical processing.
2. Material Characteristics
| Material | Key Properties | Typical Applications |
| Stainless Steel (304/316) | Superior corrosion/heat resistance, high strength. | Chemical filtration, food processing, aerospace. |
| Brass (65/35) | Good abrasion resistance, high tensile strength. | Decorative mesh, sieve partitions, plumbing. |
| Copper (Pure) | Exceptional electrical/thermal conductivity, non-magnetic. | EMI/RFI shielding, Faraday cages, heat sinks. |
3. Manufacturing & Weaving Types
We utilize high-precision CNC looms to ensure consistency in mesh aperture and wire tension:
Plain Weave : The most common weave; each weft wire passes over and under one warp wire. Ideal for standard filtration.
Twill Weave : Each weft wire passes over and under two warp wires, allowing for a heavier wire diameter and finer mesh counts.
Dutch Weave : Features a thicker warp wire and a finer weft wire, creating a dense, high-strength filter media for micro-filtration.
Annealing : All non-ferrous meshes (Copper/Brass) undergo vacuum annealing to ensure flexibility and ease of fabrication.

5. Quality Control & Testing
To guarantee professional-grade performance, our products undergo:
Spectrometer Analysis : To verify the chemical composition of the raw material (e.g., Ni/Cr content in SS316).
Micrometer Inspection : Ensuring wire diameter and aperture tolerances meet industrial standards.
Conductivity Testing: Specifically for copper mesh used in shielding rooms to ensure $dB$ attenuation requirements.
