1. Product Overview 

Metal Wire Mesh is a versatile industrial material produced by weaving ductile metal wires. Our range includes Stainless Steel, Brass, and Copper meshes, each selected for specific physical and chemical properties. These meshes serve critical roles across industries—from high-precision laboratory filtration and EMI/RFI shielding to architectural decoration and chemical processing.


2. Material Characteristics

3. Manufacturing & Weaving Types 

We utilize high-precision CNC looms to ensure consistency in mesh aperture and wire tension:

  • Plain Weave : The most common weave; each weft wire passes over and under one warp wire. Ideal for standard filtration.

  • Twill Weave : Each weft wire passes over and under two warp wires, allowing for a heavier wire diameter and finer mesh counts.

  • Dutch Weave : Features a thicker warp wire and a finer weft wire, creating a dense, high-strength filter media for micro-filtration.

  • Annealing : All non-ferrous meshes (Copper/Brass) undergo vacuum annealing to ensure flexibility and ease of fabrication.
